Estimator/Project Manager needed for the country's largest disaster restoration company. Knowledge of residential and light commercial building components required. Involves making field inspections, selling jobs, writing repair estimates and managing projects. Must be physically capable of inspecting buildings and homes for damages and determining necessary repairs. Excellent communication and organizational skills req. Must be able to guide customers through the job process. Knowledge of the Xactimate estimating system a major plus. Must be willing to become certified in water and fire restoration.
