BOH Candidate must have:
- 5 years experience in high volume, fine dining restaurants
- Extensive knowledge of cooking principles
- Advanced cooking and knife skills
- Creativity and the ability to think outside of the box
- Ample communication and organizational skills
- Ability prioritize, pay a strong attention to detail, is self-motivated and proactive
- Desire to grow and excel in the hospitality industry
- Ability to follow direction and execute the vision of the restaurant
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and be comfortable working on feet for more than 8 hours a day
- Fluency in the English language required
