We need a good bartender at our small bar on the Dutch/French line in SXM. We are number one on TripAdvisor and it's mainly from the great staff. The bar is kind of a local dive on a busy marina in a part of the island thats like a small town. We have good bar food, live music occasionally, pour your own happy hour, and get crazy busy during the regattas. SXM is reasonably priced and easy to get around. We have a small staff and typically run one at the bar, one on the floor, and one in the kitchen so you need to be able to handle stress and hustle. You would typically work 4-5 shifts a week with plenty of time off to explore. This isn't a place to get rich but you can have a great life. You must have current experience and speak a little bit of another language, French would be ideal. You should be able to put out drinks fast, jump on the floor to help, and entertain the drunks. Unreliability and drama are not needed here, we have more than enough already.
