Facade restoration and historic preservation firm seeks a Project Manager, Registered Architect, or Professional Engineer for hire. The job responsibilities include:

- Performing field surveys
- Conducting water tests
- Managing construction jobs
- Preparing construction documents and specifications
- Preparing bid documents

A minimum of five years experience is required. Applicant must be proficient with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office. Traveling to Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan, and the Bronx will be required.
