Job Requirements:
• Excellent troubleshooting skills to isolate and diagnose common hardware/software problems
• Experience in following technical procedures
• Wireless connectivity installation and troubleshooting
• Brazing and Soldering Techniques
• Able to use a digital and/or analog Multi Meter
• Job requires interaction with customers to set up appointments and communicate issues while onsite
• Must have a clear driving record, reliable transportation, and be willing to travel to customer location
• Applicant must be self-motivated and dependable
• Able to provide detailed technical reports
• Attention to detail for small connectors and wiring
• Ability to troubleshoot to component level
• Ability to lift or move heavy equipment (if applicable)
• Laptop or Tablet required
• Background and Drug Screening Mandatory
Experience in one or more of the following areas:
HDTV Specific
• Plasma/LCD/DLP Repair and Installation – including panel repair
• AC/DC and Digital logic theory
PC Specific
• A+ CompTIA certification (for PC repair)
• PC/Laptop, wireless IP routing, routers, printers, software and hardware, and working knowledge of all operating systems
• Familiar with system recovery programs
• Spyware/Malware removal
• Attention to detail for small connectors and wiring
• Familiar with different types of power supplies


Appliance Specific
• Sealed system theory and troubleshooting
• Refrigerant Handling / Recovery Techniques with EPA Certification
• HVAC Tools
• Mechanically inclined
• Liquid Propane based unit handling
• 120v/240V/440V troubleshooting and safety techniques
• Ability to lift large units into a serviceable position without damaging surroundings
• Refrigerator, dishwasher, and Washer water hook up procedures and theory
• Dryer Vent Cleaning techniques
• Microwave Operation and Theory
• Calculating amperage to proper product usage
