CSC Capital, a nationally recognized corporate restructuring and
financial advisory firm operating since 1992 is currently seeking
seasoned client sales and service professionals with extensive
experience in one or more of the following industries:
• Retail and Consumer
• Health and Medical
• Media and Telecom
• Financial Services
• Travel and Hospitality
• Energy, Power and Metals
• High Tech and Electronics
• Transport and Logistics
• Industrial Goods
• Building Projects
• Public Sector and Non-Profit
• Forest Products
• Real Estate
The firm would like to talk to qualified self-starting professionals who
can independently originate, develop, and secure business in the firm's
five business advisory groups and/or conduct client advisory work. The
five business advisory groups are:
1) Corporate Restructuring
2) Mergers and Acquisitions
3) Debt and Equity Financing
4) Management Consulting
5) Risk Management
Successful candidates acting as one of the firm's Industry Global
Leaders and/or Head at the Managing Director level should have:
• 10+ years selling, developing or conducting business in one or more of the above industry practices
• Established network and relationships within your industry in order to fast track sales success
• Ability to develop and build relationships with new prospect clients on a global marketplace
• Demonstrated ability to originate deal flow and client engagements in their respective industry
• Keen awareness of current market competition, trends and potential business lead sources
• In-depth ability to interpret financial data in order to understand client prospects strengths and weaknesses.
• A successful career of selling professional services and/or products
to middle market clients at the Board or CEO level. Global experience is
not necessary but preferred
• Strong communication skills to effectively articulate and conduct the
firms services to prospects and the ability to close engagements with
little or no involvement of other personnel of the firm
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills for direct marketing
using power point and other media communication technology
• The personal self-confidence and business professionalism to entertain prospect clients and current clients when necessary
Successful candidates will have at least a Bachelor's Degree from a top
tier university, and candidates with post-graduate business or related
degrees are especially welcomed to apply. Compensation is 1099 based,
and is rewarded upon successfully generating and closing business. This
100% commission position is generously set at 15% of gross fees of
client deals, engagements, transactions and services for business
development and 30% for conducting client advisory work. Successful
candidates should expect annual pay to be in excess of 100K. Travel may
be required when necessary.
