-Check defrost board operation.
-Check defrost tstat operation.
-Check electric heat operation during defrost.
-Check emergency heat operation.
-Check reversing valve operation.
-Check fan limit/safety operation.
-Check charge.
-Clean indoor coil.
-Check all electrical connection.

Gas furnaces:
-Check fan limit/delay switch.
-Remove burners and clean orifices.
-Clean/inspect heat exchangers and vacuum out.
-Check temp rise across heat exchanger.

-Check inducer draft motor and pressure switch for proper draft.
