Personal Training for Overweight or Non-Exercisers
Hello,
I am a personal trainer who specializes in clients who are either
overweight or who do not exercise but want to; people who want to join
the ranks of the exercisers but might not know how or be comfortable
taking that first step.
I used to own a gym where I helped many people start exercising and lose
weight. I am not the typical "personal trainer" because I now
specialize only in a unique style of kickboxing workouts which I
invented/created myself. This style of training is SO much better than
other ways of exercising, simply because it is more fun, and that means
its easier for you to continue doing because it takes less willpower and
discipline. (How much willpower do you need to do something you
actually LIKE doing??? Answer: none)
Being overweight is a HUGE health risk, and one that needs to be
addressed immediately. Obesity leads to heart trouble, problems with
your organs, problems with your arteries, your breathing, your overall
health and well-being, and leads to diabetes among other ills. It also
affects peoples' self esteem and confidence.
Avoiding exercise opens the body up to a multitude of problems and
diseases which otherwise could have been prevented (my personal
opinion). It also severely affects your ability to enjoy life in your
"golden years", and so "sets you up" for failure in later life.
The time to start is NOW. With my unique method, I make it so easy to
join the ranks of the "exercisers" and you will feel better about
yourself, and life, immediately after getting started!
Your job? to show up. My job: everything else! Its that easy!
Pricing:
For each session, including the initial session, I charge $50. I'm
sorry, but I don't offer a "free first session" because I have to work
plenty hard in providing this exercise experience for you.
I will need to be with you at least 2 times per week, most likely.
However, if you can exercise on your own (walking, etc) for a few times
per week, then you can see me just once per week if that suits your
budget better.
This can turn you into a new person. I try not to stress the BENEFITS
of this training too much, because I like to "underpromise and over
deliver". All I can tell you is: you will have fun and be pleasantly
surprised by the changes that will take place, and others in your
family, at your job, wherever, will notice and comment on how you seem
different.
