Naked Tchopstix is a Pan-Asian restaurant, sushi bar, bar, and lounge. Our extensive menu incorporates the freshest ingredients and secret, in-house sauces to present the best in Chinese, Korean, Japanese, and Southeast Asian cuisine. The sushi bar offers the freshest sashimi cuts, sourced directly from Hawaii and features a renowned assortment of cooked sushi rolls. Full service naked tchopstix locations also offer a full bar with a range of imported beers, top shelf sakes, and Asian-inspired cocktails.

Naked Tchopstix is a family business open since the Fall of 2003. Through a fusion of fine and casual dining, Naked Tchopstix elaborates on the traditional definitions of asian cuisine to surprise, excite, and satisfy the senses; to prove that good food, drink, and fun are universal passions that translate through all cultures.

Currently, Naked Tchopstix features four full-service, restaurant/lounge/bar locations in the Midwest in Indianapolis, IN (2), Ft. Wayne, IN, and Cincinnati, OH/Newport, KY.

In addition, there are two abbreviated concepts in the Indianapolis International Airport and Hoosier Park Racing & Casino (Anderson, IN), bringing slow food in fast food time. Each location serves fresh hot food of Chinese, Japanese, Korean, and Thai cuisine and also features a full-service sushi bar and chef, with the full menu of made-to-order Naked Tchopstix sushi.
