GibraltDoors can serve as protection installed on the exterior or interior of a home or business. From restricting outside access from intruders to creating interior panic/safe rooms, these impenetrable steel doors provide added safety and security at a reasonable cost.

There are three components to all doors-The Blank, The Frame, The Handle/Lock. Our Tactical Entry doors utilize the strongest of steel components for all three of those components. The Blank- Is a 20 Gauge steel skin that is double dipped galvanized steel which creates for a No Rust affect with all of our doors. A 20 Gauge Steel Door is on the heavier end of home entry doors and on the lighter side of Commercial Steel Doors.

The Steel Frame is an 18 gauge Replacement L Frame with 3 security tabbed (10 Gauge) hinges which are mortised into this L Frame. This frame goes directly on top of a current entryways frame and is fastened by a minimum of (30) 3 1/2" screws which are provided with all door orders. The doorway's molding goes directly over top of the frame and it is HIDDEN. On the lock side of the door, there is a 10 Gauge Strike Plate the entire length of the lock.
The Lock itself comes from a company called Ezcurra and is mortised into the door itself. This Multipoint Lock is controlled by just one key and the 3/4” projections of all ten bolts is shown below in picture. Each door comes with 5 keys and keys will only be made by GibraltDoor.

Turn around for all of our door products is approximately 35 days as each door is made to order as of now.
