We perform a complete cleanup of the system which fixes all issues including viruses, popups, slowness, etc., by performing an OS Reinstallation which brings the system back to factory condition. This also includes up to 10GB of data backup before everything is erased. Please Do Not have anyone to "manually" remove your virus as issues will still persist. This is just a quick way for the service provider to make quick cash.
