stress? Our lab at the University of California, San Francisco is
testing out an ONLINE course that teaches skills for enhancing positive
emotions like love, humor, and interest.
Research shows that positive emotions don't just feel good; they also
help people cope with stress and get through difficult times. Now we
want to find out whether these skills are helpful for people who are
experiencing symptoms of depression.
