I have a cabin on 16 acres for lease during hunting season. It touches public land and block management. the public land and block management is very hard to get too by the public. I have a easement. 3-4 mile walk for public to get there. There is a large herd of elk that are in the area. Want to lease for $1000.00 for a ten day minimum and $100.00 for every night after.
Also would be able to lease 900 acres of crop land with water near the cabin for an additional amount.
