don't know where to begin, I will guide you and show you the steps
necessary to lose weight, increase strength, build muscle, increase
cardiovascular conditioning, etc. It may just be one of those or all but
I will provide the guidance and motivation needed to achieve your
goals. $50 a session. Group rates available. $80 a session for 2
trainees, $90 for 3 trainees, $100 for 4 trainees.
