I can do anything from an annoying list of fixes that just haven't been done to small/midsize jobs. If you want someone to listen to your needs and do them correctly, then I'm your handyman. I do not have crews anymore as the old saying goes, "If you want the job to be done right, do it yourself). When I'm done, you will not have a punch list.
