The old fashion way, Correct, Clean, and with a Smile. You will deal
directly with me Randy Grimsley and my family. We want to take care of
your needs and treat you like you are one of our family. We want to
eliminate your anxiety and frustration of the unknown. We will give you
honest answers and let you know all the choices and options you have.
Weather it is to repair a leaking faucet or toilet or show you brochures
on replacement fixtures. It will always be your choice. We have no
salesmen to pressure you into unneeded work or overpriced parts. No one
gets a sales commission for selling you over priced parts. We believe
that is just wrong. I want to make you our friend that can call us
whenever you need someone to help when bad stuff happens. Try me if you
are unhappy with anything let me know. I believe that it is important to
make our customers happy. I have semi retired. I once had 7 plumbing
vans, 2 trucks and 12 employees. But I got tired of the rat race to make
enough to keep that many people working full time so they could take
care of their families. I cut the company to 2 vans and 1 truck and now I
only try to keep enough work to take care of my family. No more city
planning meetings, no more EPA inspectors
(in California EPA is in charge of drains and sewer). My life is much
less stressful But I am only semi retired because plumbing is more than a
job to me. It is in my blood. My Great Grandfather's plumbing company
was BROWN AND SONS PLUMBING founded in 1921. My first plumbing job was
working for my Great Grandfather papa Kohler R Brown. His company is
still being run by 2 of my cousins out in Woodland Hills California. I
am a 4th generation plumber. My great Grandfather taught me that making
your customer happy was the most important part of the job. He always
said we work for our neighbors and our friends and we need to take care
of them so when you see them in church or at the grocery store they are
glad to see you. After I say my prayers at night I sleep well knowing I
did my best to make my customers happy and make there lives better and
we all live a better life together....
