His company is still being run by 2 of my cousins out in Woodland Hills California. I am a 4th generation plumber. My great Grandfather taught me that making your customer happy was the most important part of the job. He always said we work for our neighbors and our friends and we need to take care of them so when you see them in church or at the grocery store they are glad to see you.
