Need a capable, experienced handyman for small to medium repairs around the home? The "honey-do" list has gotten ahead of you? I'm semi-retired with the time and ability to do just about any home repair and maintenance due to years of experience with my rentals and my own homes. Reasonable rates by the hour or job. What do you get with Mike's Basic Home Repair? A reasonable price. Honest careful work. Work performed on the days that we agreed to. Are you particular about details? I am a detail-oriented workman with a goal of pleasing my customer. My aim is that you will be pleased with my work and invite me back the next time you have work to be done, and that you will confidently recommend me to friends as a workman that does the job right. I am also happy to work with a homeowner who would like to do part of the job himself.

Here are some of the LAWN AND LANDSCAPING services I perform:

• Gutter clean-out, tree trimming, clean-up of overgrown or brushy areas, autumn leaf removal.
• Small concrete jobs, retaining walls, correcting outdoor drainage problems.
• Pressure washing: decks, privacy fences, siding--excellent prep for painting or re-sealing. (I paint too, of course)
• Clean-out and haul-off services--a full garage or basement, a pile of brush or tree trimmings in the back yard, the stack of bricks in the back yard from when your home was built.
• Lawn mower and other small equipment repair, even welding (at my shop).
