It is just 100 feet to the private, white sand beach on the Gulf of Mexico (where the water is almost always delightfully warm!). Absolutely wonderful - I know because I have stayed here with my wife and five children!

Rent does not include a separate $185 cleaning/rental insurance fee and the 12% Florida sales/resort tax. Rentals are generally Saturday to Saturday. No smoking, no pets.
