This is Chef Tony and Laura Lee Falasca, We wanted to introduce you to
Our New Memphis Pig and Pasta To Go Sandwich and Pasta Shop.
This concept is an expansion of Laura Lee’s Lunchables/Memphis Catering
that has been serving the corporate catering needs in Memphis for five
years and has become known for our fresh, homemade menu items. Chef Tony
introduced his Home Made Palermo Pasta to the menu two years ago and it
is by far one of the most popular menus requested.
Chef Tony took a brave step and introduced chocolate dessert pasta. This
pasta is paired with fresh fruit that has been prepared as a reduction
sauce and is ladled over the chocolate pasta. Your first bite will be an
explosion of fruit, but ends with a smooth chocolate flavor.
Matching his Homemade Palermo Spaghetti and Fettuccini with Chef Tony's’s
homemade gravy is like a trip to Sicily! You will find yourself looking
for these on store shelves, but you will only find them at Memphis Pig
and Pasta.
We swore we would never try to compete in the mid-south with
