Its so much easier to implement tighter security when you have not already been compromised. Note on Clean Install - I also offer backup services so you can keep your files (documents, music, photo,etc). For most users I provide this service for free since the average amount of data kept on a device is minimal. For those who completely fill a hard disk I may add a small service fee. Data backup can take time and since its done twice (copied from then copied back) it can increase time significantly. All files are scanned for Virus and Malware before being copied back to your computer.
