do more than you thought you were capable of. I will push you. I will

doesn't challenge and motivate you to be better?
My name is Blake. I'm from Wichita. I do in-home training, outdoor
training, and train at two separate fitness studios in Andover and east
side. I specialize in sport specific training, weight loss, goal
setting, nutrition, triathlon, distance running, high intensity
intervals, military style training, beach body training, look good naked
workouts, and wedding prep.
I graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point and am
a former Army officer. I was ranked second out of 1,000 in my class
physically at the Academy. I completed the most physically and
emotionally demanding schools the military has to offer. I had the
highest physical fitness test score in my Army unit of 6,000 soldiers
for seven years in a row. I complete Ironman triathlons in under ten
hours, marathons in under 3 hours, a mile in under five minutes,
maintain multiple training and coaching certifications, and have several
years experience training personal clients, small groups, and larger
boot camps. Fitness is my life, coaching is my life, empowering people
achieve their goals and become a better version of themselves is my
life. You will never do anything that I haven't done, but you will
challenge your limits when you work with me.
